New continuation patents covering new research finding have been filed and are in process (Patent pending) consistent with Rockland Technimed's IP continuation strategy.

The company announced the issuance of its latest US Patent # 7,410,634 on August 12, 2008 for its technology under the title" Tissue Metabolic Stress Monitoring" This issuance grants IP coverage thru the year 2028 for its technology.
